Overcoming Your Mind
3-Night Retreat in Andalusia
I can’t wait to welcome you to the Spanish countryside for some Winter sun and relaxation as we delve into yoga, meditation, breath, and our theme - the Kleshas. These are the 5 afflictions of the mind, and in understanding them, we can overcome the mind through movement, breath, meditation, philosophy and Ayurveda. Join us to learn and find your community while surrounded with peaceful tropical gardens, our private swimming pool, and beautiful hills for hiking. This is a very special place to me as it’s very near where I got engaged!

“After an incredibly difficult time in my life, I decided to go on one of Angie’s retreats. It was a wonderful experience and has helped me move forwards in my life with positivity. Since the retreat I have been in such a good place, I even got a promotion at work, and they noted how my positivity was one of the reasons. People have noticed that I appear happier too.”

“During the last meditation and breath work, I felt a full body tingle and an inner voice saying that I belong and fit in with myself and I can be safe within myself.”
